HaxeFlixel is a multi-platform, lightweight game framework intended for multiple genres, but mostly 2D games. It can export for desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux), mobile (Android, iOS), and HTML5. It’s fairly fun to work with, and makes things relatively simple to get running, with APIs available for things like input, collision and drawing sprites and tilemaps.

Please note: While these might be tutorials, they constitute my very limited knowledge of the tools I’ve used so far and are likely quite basic. The best thing you can do if you have an issue is to look through the HaxeFlixel documentation and the HaxeFlixel API. Don’t be afraid to just put some code down and mess around (with a backup of the original!).
